With over 30 years in leadership experience, Tony is well-versed in all aspects of operating a business.  His specialties include Sales-Training and Development, Changing the Culture, Strategic Assessment, EBITDA, Creative 
Assessment, and Human Resources-Coaching through difficult conversations and Placement Services.

Bernados founded the firm after former employees reached out to him for business and leadership advice and by the end of the conversation, the decision was made and Bernados Consulting was born.

With a single mission: to be a trusted resource for creative and ground-breaking consulting services to those in need, Tony assembled a team of like-minded and highly skilled professionals to assist with the growing demand.

Sheila has more than 30 years leadership experience with both public and private ownership environments. Her specialties include P&L Management, Team Building, Strategic Assessment, Sales and Marketing, Creative Strategy, Revenue Generation, Effective Communication, Organizational Assessment and Negotiation. In addition, she is known for her creative and effective approach to operating a multi-million dollar business.

Kathy Goerdt

Kathy Goerdt is an Organizational Excellence Officer responsible for leading various initiatives such as continuous process improvement, strategic planning, the Journey of Excellence, Project Portfolio Management, Project Management, and delivering creative solutions to operational challenges. She has 25+ years of experience serving in various operational and technology roles.

Kathy earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Leo University. As a Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN Management professional, she uses her performance excellence expertise to facilitate process improvement efforts that are aligned with proven tools and strategies. Kathy serves as a Baldrige Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), a Senior Examiner for Illinois Performance Excellence (ILPEx), is a member of the ILPEx Board of Examiners and serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Baldrige Program.
